Built for riders who push the limits, this rotor uses a ventilating flame design. the 220mm diameter gives you a more consistent firm lever, predictable modulation, and repeatable stops without cooking the pads.

  • Works with stock calipers, many MTB calipers, and moto style calipers that accept 2.3 millimeter rotors

Install Steps

  1. Pull the wheel.

  2. Warm rotor bolts to release old thread locker.

  3. Remove bolts and rotor. Clean the hub face.

  4. Add a thin film of blue thread locker to bolts.

  5. Set the new rotor, start bolts by hand in a cross pattern.

  6. Torque to spec and verify rotor runout.

  7. Reinstall the wheel and align the caliper.

  8. Fit new pads and complete a careful bed in procedure

  • WE HIGHLY RECCOMEND you replace your Brake Pads with new ones for most optimal bed in and brake bite without noise.

  • Our Moto Brake brackets are meant for a 240mm rotor will not align with this 220mm size. Please Purchase a Moto Brake 240MM Rotor if you have upgraded moto brakes.

Q: Do i NEED to replace my brake pads?
A: We would recommend you replace your pads with new one to get the best performance out of your new rotor and least noise.

Q: Will I feel a difference from a 203 millimeter rotor
A: Yes. The larger diameter increases leverage which reduces lever effort for the same stop.

Q: Does this fit SR or 3.0?
A: NO these rotors are not meant to fit the 3.0 or the SR.
