Thank you for choosing us for your e-bike and accessories needs. We strive to provide timely and efficient delivery of your purchases. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process orders, ship products, and handle related issues.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks (due to tarrifs) after receiving payment. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped from our fulfillment center, and you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that during peak seasons, such as holidays, there may be slight delays in processing times, and we will notify you of any significant delays.

We ship worldwide, and shipping times vary depending on the destination and the products ordered. Domestic orders within the United States usually arrive within 14 to 35  business days after processing. For international orders, the shipping times can range from 20 to 60 business days, depending on the destination country and any customs procedures that may be involved. Larger items, such as e-bikes, may require additional time for delivery due to their size and shipping restrictions.

Currently there are no Shipping costs site wide, all items are offered with free international shipping unless contacted otherwise. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. You can use this tracking number to check the estimated delivery date and any updates on your order's journey.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at edirtbikecontact@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are not included in the shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you check with your local customs office for further details on any applicable charges.

While we ship to many countries around the world, some regions may have restrictions or additional shipping costs for larger items like e-bikes. If your country is not available at checkout or if you have any concerns, please contact us for more information.

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or issues with the carrier. We will do our best to notify you if your order is significantly delayed, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations.
