FactoryZ Foot Brake for the Surron Light Bee
Give your Light Bee the moto feel it deserves. Our billet 6061-T6 aluminum foot-brake assembly moves rear-brake control back to your right boot, freeing your hands for cleaner wheelies, scrambles, and technical climbs.
Kit contents:
- Foot-brake bracket and lever assembly (CNC 6061-T6)
- Hydraulic master cylinder with integrated reservoir ( USES DOT 4 )
- Mounting bolts, return spring, clevis pin
Fluid & installation notes
-
Use DOT 4 brake fluid only. Mineral oil will swell the seals and void the warranty.
-
Torque the pedal pivot bolt to 10 Nm and bleed the line just like a standard hydraulic disk brake.
-
Average install time is 20 minutes with basic hand tools.
Why riders upgrade
-
True dirt-bike control – modulate rear traction with your foot instead of your fingers.
-
Stronger, stiffer pedal platform – CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6, ready for hard landings.
-
Race-built ergonomics – adjustable toe peg lets you set the perfect bite point with MX boots or sneakers.
Purchase our Custom Foot Brake Line for MTB Calipers that use a banjo fitting ( Hope Tech 4 V4, Sram, Magura, TRP, Hayes Dominion )
