  1. Unbox and inspect. Remove all packing. Verify battery charger axle spacers bar clamps and manual are in the crate.

  2. Prep the cockpit. Mount the handlebar in the clamps. Center the bar and snug evenly. Do not over tighten.

  3. Front wheel install. Align the rotor between the caliper pads. Slide the axle through with spacers in the correct orientation and fully seat. Tighten to manufacturer spec. Spin the wheel to check for rub.

  4. Controls and levers. Set reach and angle for brakes and throttle. Snug clamp bolts. Confirm clean cable routing with full lock to lock steering.

  5. Battery and connections. Seat the 72V 50Ah pack fully. Check the main connector latch. Do not force pins.

  6. Suspension setup. Set rear linkage height if equipped. Set sag for your weight and add a touch of rebound to control kick.

  7. Brake check. Pump the levers to build pressure. Bed the pads with a few slow speed stops before your first hard pulls.

  8. System check. Power on. Confirm display throttle cut switches and lights. Select your mode. Ride a slow lap to verify everything tracks straight. Recheck fasteners after the first session.
